The Midwest Chapter of the Medical Library Association would like to invite you to attend the 2018 Annual Conference, held in Cleveland, Ohio, October 5-8th, 2018. Leave your business suits and dress pants at home, wear your jeans and favorite band or concert t-shirts! The conference theme for 2018 is Shake, Rattle & Roll and we are ready to “shake up some old ideas, rattle some new cages, and roll with the good times.”
Exhibits will have non-conflict time with attendees to engage with library leadership, librarians, and support staff from 9 states across the Midwest on Sunday, October 7th and Monday, October 8th, also included are opportunities to participate, and you will have full access to conference content and meals. Exhibits will be open on Sunday, October 7th and Monday, October 8th, but please plan to join us for our special events: the opening ceremony in the Exhibits Hall on Saturday, October 6th and dinner, drinks and salsa dancing at Nuevo Mexican, Sunday, October 7th.
Come experience the thriving vibe of downtown Cleveland as the colorful, dynamic fall season blooms, watch our great sports teams, sample the food scene, visit the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, check out the art, music, and other cultural institutions and events that make Cleveland so amazing.

Cancellations and Refunds:
There is a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations
100% refunds (minus a $25 handling fee) are available for cancellations before September 3, 2018
50% refunds (minus a $25 handling fee) are available for cancellations between September 3 - September 21, 2018
0% refund available after September 21, 2018
