Hello Exhibitors!
On behalf of the Midwest Chapter of the Medical Library Association, the Indiana Health Sciences Librarians Association (https://www.ihslanet.org/), we invite you to Bloomington for the upcoming Midwest Chapter of the Medical Library Association's 2022 Annual Meeting: 2022 in Bloom. The meeting will be held October22-24, 2022 at the Monroe Convention Center where you will have the opportunity to meet with library leadership, librarians, and support staff from nine states across the Midwest.
Exhibitors will have ample non-conflict time to engage with conference attendees. The vendor opening reception will be held on Saturday evening, October 22, and exhibits will be open throughout the conference, Sunday October 22 – Monday, October 24.
The hotel room block will be at the Hyatt Place Bloomington: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/hotel/indiana/hyatt-place-bloomington/bmgzb. The registration link will be available on the conference website soon.
Speaking opportunites at the Exhibitor Showcase
We will be hosting the Exhibitor Showcase again this year, this time on Sunday at lunch time, but please note that this is a first come first serve opportunity and space is limited. Exhibitors interested in presenting will have 4-5 minutes to showcase the most important news they have to share: newest, upcoming products, their most underutilized hidden resource, calls for action, etc. This is a fast paced, high energy session and will give the attendees reason to come and talk to you during non-compete time in the afternoon and on Monday.
Other ways to stand out:
This year you have the opportunity to sponsor our main social events, our Keynote speaker, panel sessions, Immersion Sessions, Posters, and individual breaks. Want to sponsor something unique? Reach out and we'll be happy to work with you.
Sponsors who contribute at certain levels will be designated with themed levels based on flowering plants that Bloom in the Fall in Bloomington and receive special recognition during the conference.
Contribute $500 or more for Aster level
Contribute $1000 or more for Queen of the Prairie level
Contribute $1500 or more for Goldenrod level

Cancellations and Refunds:
There is a $25 fee for all cancellations.
- 100% refunds (minus a $25 handling fee) are available for cancellations before September 6, 2022
- 50% refunds (minus a $25 handling fee) are available for cancellations between September 6 - September 21, 2022
- 0% refund available after September 21, 2022
