Registrants may pick up their registration materials at the Registration table. While conference registration is not necessary to take CE courses on Saturday, we hope that you will take advantage of the full conference.
Registration Deadlines:
- Early Bird Registration (Online): May 1 - September 13, 2019
- Full Registration (Online): September 14 - October 2, 2019
- NO ONSITE Registration
Member Pricing:
To take advantage of member pricing, you must be a current member of the MLA Midwest Chapter or WHSLA or SWHSL. Learn more about joining the MLA Midwest Chapter or WHSLA.
Mentor/Mentee Match-Up:
An opportunity for first time conference attendees to be "matched up" with a meeting mentor from Midwest Chapter will be available on Saturday, October 5th from 5:00 to 5:30 pm, prior to the opening reception. If you would like to be a part of the Mentor/Mentee Match-Up, please complete that portion of the form when you register.
Photographs or Videotape Exemption:
The Midwest Chapter has official photographers/videographers for this meeting. Photographs/video taken at the Annual Conference may be used in future marketing, publicity, promotions, advertising and training activities for the Chapters. By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow the Chapters to use the photographs/video which may include you in all media formats worldwide. If you do not want any photographs or videotape of you used in promoting Chapters, please use the check box on the registration form to be exempted.
Cancellations and Refunds:
There is a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations
- 100% refunds (minus a $25 handling fee) are available for cancellations before September 1, 2019
- 50% refunds (minus a $25 handling fee) are available for cancellations between September 1 - September 15, 2019
- 0% refund available after September 15, 2019
