• Non-members - $50

• Student and retired Midwest Chapter members - free

Continuing education

• Registration includes one designated free continuing education class. (Free class is noted on CE schedule.)

• Paid CE classes can each be selected for $30/members and $50/non-members. 

Included with registration:

• Full access to the virtual conference via Zoom.

• Access to conference materials and recordings after the event.

• Conference memento and other conference materials (mailed to those participating via Zoom). 

Registration Deadlines:

• October 1: Mailed materials guaranteed before conference.
• October 16, 12pm CT/ 1pm EST: Deadline for Continuing Education registration.
• October 20: Final conference attendance registration deadline. (Mailed materials not guaranteed before conference.)
